With iOS 14, the feature "keyboard simulating foot pedal" unfortunately has a problem. The virtual keyboard no longer appears when you want to write into the search field or another text field.
Unfortunately there was a change in one of the latest beta releases and the final release of iOS 14. We tested the feature with iOS 14 Beta5 and there it worked fine.
We are in contact with the developer of the driver used in SongBook+ for these foot pedals and hope to fins a solution soon. then we will provide an update of SongBook+ to fix the issue.
